Who is this for?

For Local Governments(LG) and customers (who have LG approval) who want to replace an existing non-LED luminaire with an LED luminaire, change an existing LED luminaire to a different wattage, and/or install a glare shield on an LED luminaire.

How long will it take?

1-2 weeks to assess your request and provide you with a quote.

1-2 weeksto issue you an invoice, upon receipt of your quote acceptance.

1-3 months to construct, upon receipt of payment of the invoice and provide confirmation that your request is complete.

We’ll assess your application.

You’ll receive a scope and quote for the delivery of the works

After the acceptance of the scope of works and quote, we will issue an invoice. Once the invoice payment is received, we’ll schedule the works for delivery. Schedules are dependent on the location of the works and resource availability.

We will deliver the works and inform you once your request is complete.

Provides us with an understanding of your work site, the location of existing assets and help us to design your product. It will need to include:

  • An aerial image

An aerial image showing the streetlights included in this request provides us with an understanding of your work site and the location of existing assets. It will need to include:
  • The location of the streetlight/s and specific requirements for each light.

Local government authority

If you’re not working for an LGA, you will need to provide evidence in writing from your local government authority stating that you have their approval to conduct this work.
