Integrating your solar panels with SPS
Your existing solar panels will continue to generate energy in the same way and any excess energy will be fed back to the SPS to charge the battery storage until it reaches full capacity, at which point your solar panel use will be switched off (isolated). When the battery storage capacity is reduced to its prescribed (lower) capacity limit, your solar panels will be switched back on, and you can continue to use your solar panels.
Yes, you can install your own solar panels, however there may be limitations on how your panels integrate with the SPS. Please call our customer experience team on 13 10 87 or contact us to discuss your options.
